Unless a different written refund term is shown at checkout, the PZEM Power Monitor EULA provides for a full refund when requested within 30 days after purchase.
How to request a refund
Send your request to support@pzem-gui.com. Include your name, the email address used for the purchase and, if available, the Lemon Squeezy order number. Do not send your license key unless support specifically asks for it.
What happens after a refund
Refunds are processed through the applicable merchant-of-record/payment provider. Under the EULA, once a refund is issued, the associated license will be disabled and the software will cease to operate.
Lemon Squeezy terms
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for the checkout transaction and maintains its own buyer terms and refund procedures. Those terms can affect how a transaction is processed. Read Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.
Consumer rights
This policy does not waive any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
